What a week?!
I’m delighted & proud in equal measure to be a Delivery partner (once again) for Women in Business NI‘s highly successful, #yesyoucan programme.
I met my group for the first time this week from Ards and North Down Borough Council & Lisburn & Castlereagh City Council & they’re fab! I can’t wait to see how much they achieve on their business journeys!
Working with Women in Business since 2009, I have been involved in various WIB programmes including Women INTO business, Power of 4 & more recently, the Yes You Can Programme.
What always astounds me is the sheer calibre & talent of the participants & what they end up achieving through what is a relatively short period of time, (just 3-4 months), is downright incredible.
I am immensely proud of all my clients, (both women & men!), but something really special happens when women support one another & I witness the synergy that comes from that &
“Shine” in action I suppose .. “When you shine, I shine” *

One of my proudest moments with Women in Business was in 2019, when I realised that 7 out of 9 award winners for the Power of 4 competition were MY clients – I was over the moon – & so were they!
Many of that particular group remain firm friends and many keep in touch with me too!
It’s simply a joy to see them do well & their businesses grow.
